Don’t buy this pos.
I have owned ionic purifiers before. I thought this would be good because it stays on and you don’t have to keep reseting it. I plugged it in and the light comes on. That’s it. No characteristic ion smell. Maybe it is defective or maybe it just doesn’t smell or maybe it just doesn’t work the way all of these previous users have related. I think I just wasted $16.

Is this thing on?
I’ve been using this thing for a few weeks and I can’t tell if it’s working or not. I don’t have a smelly or smokey car or anything. Buti I have bad allergies. I honestly can’t tell if it’s working or not. I was hoping it would crisp the air in my car and hopefully help relieve allergies while driving but I’m not seeing a major impact. I really couldn’t recommend this or anyone just looking to improve air quailty, specifically someone with allergies. But that’s just my experience.

Works better then the old Sharper Image car ionizer.
Ran across this at a local store and quickly bought it. I had been using an old Sharper Image car ionizer which was partly broken, making weird noises, but still doing it’s job. Unfortunately, my car window got smashed and car got robbed. Among the victims was the old ionizer. After cleaning the broken class and sending the car for some major cleaning, I noticed that the car was now smelling like ass from the cleaning solutions the car washers used. In fact, it started smelling like every old car your old uncle drove. Yes, that smell.

Plugging this sucker in (I plugged it into the rear socket, and turned it upside down to try and hide the bright blue light) and the next day viola, car smelled nice and fresh again.

I would recommend people place a little dehumidifier bucket in their car as well to get rid of moisture (as trapped moisture in the car will help fungus grow.. ie. bad if you have respiratory problems).

It does have a smell of ozone to it, so if you’re sensitive to that, I suggest airing the car out a bit before you jump in, or remove the unit while using your car and only leave it on overnight. I’m guessing another advantage of the ozone production is that if someone in the car is sick, less chance if you catching whatever it is.. but that’s really above and beyond what this product is meant for.

Anyway, for $10 it’s definitely good. Seems to have more circuitry and be slightly better built then the old Sharper Image model. It should in theory last 2-3 years before the metal rusts out from cleaning up all the crap in your car.

Easy to install
I took a little over 30 minutes to install. I started by making sure each of the bolts would go into the holes in the car frame properly. I’ve been told that rust in the holes can cause problems and didn’t want to find that out after I had the hitch in place.

I did have to move the tail pipe out of the way on my 2007 Odyssey. Slots in the hitch matched up perfectly to the holes in the car.

Very happy
The tow bar arrived very quickly and was very easy to install. It works great for our bike rack.

Quality fit and finish
This hitch was very easy to install. It came fast and was well packaged. I thought it was worth mentioning that it is made in the USA and the quality certainly reflects that.

oddysey trailrer hitch
Hitch was received ahead of scheduled delivery and except for a few paint scratches, was in excellent shape.

Installation was easy, about half an hour.

It Works Good!
I concur with all the points Geoffrey Brown made.

I also did not undo the tail pipe. I was able to torque 5 of the 6 mounting bolts, but the tailpipe prevented getting my torque wrench to the last one. I tightened the snot out of it & it should be close enough.

I bought this hitch after some research. Honda has six nuts welded into the frame for mounting their very expensive hitch to & this was one of two aftermarket hitchs I found that uses those six mounting nuts. The other one is Curt Mfg’s 12261 class ii hitch. The rest use four of them & expect the installer to fish two nuts into the frame rails. While I enjoy catching fish, I don’t enjoy fishing nuts…

Doesn’t Work!
First the good: I received a cord from the company that didn’t work. I emailed them and they promptly sent out another cord.

The bad: The second cord didn’t work either. My son’s ipod shuffle is 3rd generation and this is supposed to be the cord. It doesn’t work.

Good as factory original
It is unfortunate the seller doesn’t offer a better deal if you combine shipping and buy two or more… The item was shipped in decent time however I keep thinking they should do as some here do and make a slight discount if you buy more than one.

We bought two because it is so easy to misplace these little things, it is amazing how easily you can lose them!

Exactly what was advertised
They’re pants, perfect pants that do exactly what I need them to do and I recommend them to anyone looking for pants. Unfortunately, I packed on some pounds but these pants manage to fit/feel correctly where so many others do not. Too many relaxed fit simply give an extra inch to the waste, but these pants give the needed adjustments to the crotch and rear. A relaxed fit, because they fit well. Buy some, today!

Great fitting khakis!
Dockers are one of the brands I tend to stick with because as a pudgy guy, you learn to stick with brands that fit you well. These comfort fit pants fit very well – there’s plenty of leg room so I’m not too worried about tightness in the thighs. The best part for me is that the waistband has some give to it, so I’m not worried about that post-lunch discomfort because of excess food.

As a bachelor, I’m ashamed to admit that I don’t do a good job at separating the clothes by colors during wash, and I haven’t noticed any fading or runoff onto other clothes. I’ve had khakis in the past bleed onto other clothes and it sucked.

After the first pair of these pants, I went out and bought a few more of the same style because they feel really good and I can go from the office to beers with friends and feel well-dressed in either situation.

My husband and I are very disappointed with the quality of these pants. I purchased four pairs and after the first washing seams and hems came unsewn.

Dockers Men’s Pleated Comfort Khaki–these have all the right moves !!!
Dockers makes a great pair of pleated comfort khaki pants for gentlemen who want a relaxed, clean cut look without appearing shoddy. These pants look good in a casual office environment and they’re just as good for when guys run around on the weekends with friends and family. The waistband gives us guys a little extra room, too; and that’s great!

People sometimes say that slightly overweight men like me shouldn’t wear pants with pleats. However, I realized that when I sit down and have a wallet in my pocket, these pants stretch the extra fabric from the pleated area to “cover up” my being overweight so that these pants still look quite good.

Moreover, these pants are durable. In fact, there’s no reason why they couldn’t last for years if you take good care of them. Made out of fabric that is 65% cotton and 35% polyester, they are certainly permanent press and they don’t wrinkle easily. I know Dockers says that these won’t wrinkle, but if you wash these in your washer and dryer take them out right away after the drying cycle is finished to avoid any wrinkling at all. The crease in each leg is strong and I think it’s safe to say that Dockers is right when they advertise it to be “permanent.” You may want to wash them with similar colors so that no color dye from other garments gets on these pants during the wash and dry cycles. Naturally, you can take these to the cleaners if you prefer. In addition, the stitching is very well done.

The comfort fit waistband is obviously hidden; but wear your shirt tucked in so that you don’t feel the elasticized waist rubbing up against your skin while wearing these pants.

Overall, these fine pleated comfort khaki pants by Dockers easily rival those made by other manufacturers. Make sure you choose the right size and color for you if you’re using the charts above on this webpage. If you want a pair of comfortable, good looking pants with pleats, this may be exactly what you’re looking for–if you choose to buy these I doubt that you’ll be disappointed.

It works as advertised
It works as advertised. It is fast memory card. Uploading pictures to PC is very easy and fast.

I use this with my Lumix DMC-ZR1. The 8 gig size holds plenty of pictures combined with video. Used this on a 5 day hiking trip and did not run out of space 300 pictures <10 minutes video. waiting between pictures on camera was not annoying amount of time.

Great card, especially for the price
I’ve had a few Panasonic SD cards and have always enjoyed their performance and exceptional reliability.

I tend to shoot with 8 GB cards mostly because they allow a lot of shooting without the risk of putting all your pictures on one card.

I purchased this card and a SanDisk Extreme Class 10 8GB SDHC card and I will give a quick comparison of the two.

Panasonic Pros:

- Looks great. The bright face and case make the card easier to find when it’s buried in your camera bag.

- Has a Memo section on the front and back of the card for labeling purposes. (Although the back part is black)

- Includes a nice-looking sliding case. (Although it is bulkier than the standard cases other SD cards have)

- Priced substantially lower than the equivalent SanDisk.

- Made in Japan (The SanDisk is made in China)

- Very fast read/write speeds.

Cons:

- Not as fast as the SanDisk, although it doesn’t claim to be.

The Panasonic states up to 22 MB/s, whereas the SanDisk claims up to 30 MB/s.

The warranty on the Panasonic is 10 years while the SanDisk has a lifetime warranty. But that is pretty much irrelevant since these cards are only usable for a few years before they are too small or too slow.

My comparison test was shooting with my Pentax K-7 which does 5.2 frames per second. I shot JPG 1/100 of a second and the average file size was 9MB. I was able to shoot 53 shots over a 25 second period with about 12 seconds of writing following. This is quite a bit faster than my previous Panasonic Class 6 cards.

With the SanDisk I was able to shoot 67 shots over 25 seconds with 9 seconds of writing afterward. The SanDisk was clearly faster but unless you are doing constant HD movie recording or using burst mode all the time, you would never notice the difference. The Panasonic is more than fast enough for all normal shooting.

I can’t say the difference in cost is worth the extra speed of the SanDisk. At the time of this review the Panasonic ($42) is $15-$20 cheaper than the SanDisk.

Overall I highly recommend this card. Like other Panasonic cards I’ve owned, I expect it will be extremely reliable.
